In 2009 the Dalby Picnic Day Races come under the adverse attention of the authorities due to the drunken behaviour of a few.  At that time the comittee contacted Bars Consultants and they have managed an incident free event ever since.

The BARS Group are really a one stop stop which has been a god dend for this committee of volunteers.  Garry saw that the volunterrs were trained in RSA, he applied for all the required licenses and permits for the event, provided all the crowd controller and managed the event like a true professional.

He even turned up last year with two quad bikes and a trailer at no cost to us to assist the volunteers in moving drinks from bar to bar because he could see how that resource could help ... and it did

I have no hestitation in recommending their services, specially to community organisations running events where you really need to know how to avoid the problems liquor can bring.
